    I'd say scouting successes would include a lot of Newcastle players, like Sissoko and Cabaye and maybe Sakho at West Ham. Sami Hyypia, Xabi Alonso, Suarez for us as well.

        Isn't it touted wonderkids that actually made it in to their 30's?

        Usually that would involve some sort of good player in the end...

        However Casillas, Iniesta etc. is a good question as they came from the youth rank and as such weren't scouted in a traditional sense.

          Not really, it's about naming players you seen at a young age, possibly before anyone really knew about them and tout them to be a success, and they've kicked on to do great things.
