    Bundesliga

Couldn't find a thread so I though I might as well start one.

Dortmunds form going from bad to worse after the winter break with another defeat at home, 0-1 against Augsburg who themselves are flying in 4th!

How much longer can this go on before Klopp gets the boot? Or is he too influential at the club? Some journalists have suggested a fair few players are only sticking around because of him but is it his fault they're struggling? He's a tough task master and his methods may have lead to injuries and burnout.

@Joey7Barton: Dortmund players apologising to fans after losing at home to stay routed to the bottom. Amazing scenes... https://t.co/XLD3lRzB55

Augsburg also had 10 men for the last 30 minutes.

This summer could be the end of this team, they've been great to watch. Came desperately close to winning the Champions League and I find it quite sad to see how poorly they're doing, their fans deserve better.

It's truly amazing. He'll have to go at the end of this season no matter what happens, surely. I still think he'll be a good pick-up for whoever takes him (Klopp) but he's got to be damaged goods after this.

Their stats are disgraceful, less goals than games, less points than games etc. Loads seem to defend them with "Bayern take their players" yeah and Dortmund take players from loads of other lesser clubs, they are hardly little paupers, in Europe yeah in Germany no. They've been unlucky with injuries and stuff but bottom of the league is spectacularly bad whatever way it's spun. It's also been said for months that they'll get out of it but the games and weeks are ticking by! Just shows whoever you are when the rut starts it's hard to stop, very impressed with Brendan of late as we could have been bottom half.

Their last home game of the season is v Bayern. Imagine if Gotze or Lewa relegated them!!

Can't believe the deterioration in Dortmund. With that squad Klopp has had a nightmare. Still think he's a good manager, jusy needs a new challenge. Mkhitryan made a bad decision

Can we not help them out, by sending them Borini, Lambert and Ballotelli and in the summer they can return the favour by selling us Reus and a few others.

I was wondering, has his stock fallen so much he will have to prove himself all over or can he expect a big job like Arsenal if Wenger finally retires?

As others have said, once the rot sets in it can be incredibly difficult to stop. Hard to see a way back from this for Klopp. He'll learn a lot from this, but what a **** way to have to learn it.

The lower half of their league, to me at least looks pretty weak as well.

The return of Kagawa and Sahin have been utter failures.. They were huge cogs at one time and now they look out of their depth everything about this side is a mystery to me at the minute.

I think people keep defending them because they're such a likeable club.

I really hope they do stay up. They are defo very likeable. It looks like a hell of an ask at the moment though, the players are playing like they've got bags of concrete on each shoulder!

That video was telling, you can see how much its affecting everyone involved.

They're 2 points adrift now and no fixture looks easy for them, I hoped after the winter break they'd come back with a little bit more freedom but it just hasn't happened.

Reus and Hummels will be off in the summer, fail to replace them and it could be curtains for this side.

He should resign and they should bring back their most successful manager to get them back up the table into a safe position till they find somone who can take over in the summer. Maybe someone like Rafa.
