    I'd reason the complete opposite. Be good to finally **** 4th place off as some sort of achievement. Podiums in most sports have only the 3 places.

        Exactly. Like it or not CL is a must for us money wise or we'll stay where we are forever. It's not an achievement in terms of silverware and glory, but it's vitally important in helping us do those things.

          It should be 1st place only and the winnings capped.

          All the money UEFA make should go into improving the quality of referees, on-pitch communications, grass roots, non-league and lower league teams.

          At the moment it's a hideous business run by suits, cunts and mercenaries. No magic any more.

            I still don't care. Used to be a special competition but its mainly **** these days. As for money, they are welcome to it. We are not winning titles for many years if ever.

              Agree it should be league winners only but it'll never happen. If it did though it would make the Europa league relevant again.It should also be straight knockout. Groups are boring ****e.
