He''s also under 6FT tall, can't see him being best suited to the premier league, especially a Klopp team that is pretty small at the moment.

He is not that tall true, but is physical and jumps well.

Who I would really like (If I ignore the dream signing that is Laporte) is Manolas at Roma.

Quick, physical, very good with the ball, and very much the type that leads by both example and command at the back.

Sky sources understand Jermain Defoe has agreed to join Bournemouth on a free transfer from Sunderland.

He will now discuss personal terms and take a medical before formally signing a contract.

Defoe is still bloody sharp for a 34 year old! He'd even do a job for us in a diamond.

Not sure why, he's scored 15 this season and is still very sharp.
