Watching Chelsea - Arsenal on MOTD how the hell does Costa stay on the pitch? As him and Gabriel are the ones who get booked presumably for their reactions to each other that means Costa gets away with putting both hands in Koscielny's face, followed by the swipe he takes at Koscielny, followed by the chest push on Koscielny each of those should have been a yellow, he then takes a swipe at Gabriel in front of the ref after just being booked. Before his booking he was waving imaginary yellows at people (which again should be a booking) and then there is the incident just before is subbed. If the ref Mike Dean has seen all those incidents and given nothing he shouldn't be allowed to ref.
