Too be fair to him, he has been coaching England for the last 3 years and has done all of his coaching Badges. Maybe he could have done a lower league side, bit its fairly obvious it was his Sky Contract that was keeping that from happening.

I just expected him as the type of person he comes across as, to not get into management by way of a 'leg up' from an associate, it's almost like he's only taken the job because of it, i'm sure he wouldn't have been short of alternative options had he thrown his hat in the managerial ring publicly, maybe he just needed a safety net in order take his first job i don't know.

Be interesting to see how many British players he buys anyway.

I know I shouldn't want this, but I do want to see him succeed. We need a good young English manager who manages football as he talks football: like a winner.

I hope he does **** and is sacked before he makes it to the end of the season. Nothing he does will ever benefit LFC, so I have no reason to want him to suceed.
