I remember him early on after Klopp joined, giving tactics on how to counter our tactics, and i was all...Shut the **** up Gary FFS!!' It's all bullsihit though, easy to talk a good game, but getting players to do what you want, and if they wont, working out a system to get the most of the players you haave till you can bring in ones who will do what you want, isn't as easy.
