I think Denmark winning the Euros is pretty amazing considering they didn't even qualify!

Exactly, United are very beatable and Leicester can crown their epic season by winning the thing at Old Trafford. Tis written in the stars.

5 games is easier to win than over the course of a season. International tournament football is way easier than domestic league seasons. This achievement will take some beating. Especially considering at this point 12 months ago they had just climbed out the relegation zone.

I have been wracking my brain to see what comes close to this from Leicester but I can't think of anything. In a one off game anything can happen ala Buster Douglas beating Tyson but as I said it is a one off. Denmark + Greece winning the Euros were massive upsets but they were 6 games (or so) but this is over a league campaign. Regardless of how **** the league has been this year they are doing it over 38 games and given where they were last year it's insane that they will go on and win this now.

Imagine being a Leicester fan - wtf must be going through their heads. How over the moon must they be with this. The other mad thing is say they go on and win it I wonder what the odds will be on them getting relegated next year!!

They lose Vardy for a game and smash Swansea as well ,

This is what football was about when i grew up , make a team perform and it can beat anyone.

Never thought i would see this with all the money about, imagine the party in Leicester for the whole of the summer

I didn't measure it as an equal or better achievement, just that it's an amazing story considering Denmark didn't even qualify to begin with.

Apart from the Leicester fab who bet on them to win it.

Different though isn't it, a little hopeful bet on your own team. Not one would've actually fancied them to win it with a serious stakes bet.

He did. About 6 weeks ago if I remember.

EDIT: He did. His lack of faith will cost him about £180,000.

Whenever placing improbable bets, place two at once. Cash out is insurance, real bet is bonus money!
