      I understand exactly what's happening.

I just choose not to take part in this particular game. But you can dive in, enjoy it, and all that good stuff.
      Oh I don't know.

What I would give to be able to pay 50 pounds or so to attend a match. I know people who save up for months and pay for 1250 pound return flights from Australia just to plan a trip around heading to Anfield....

I like the idea of a U21 shadow league. If done properly I think it could be a proper winner.

Take UFC as a good example of the model working. They have their own network/VOD service that they have fight cards for. Minor cards with lesser fighters on their way up. They charge £9.99 a month and you get to see the stars of the future duke it out.

Something similar with the Premier League and Ill happily pay. I dont pay for the main Premier League games now because I dont think it represents value. But a lower price for all of the U21 games seems a more attractive proposition.

You would pay to watch reserve football in empty stadiums?

Seems pointless if it mirrors the Premier League, this season for example Sunderland are top of the U21 league but the seniors are likely to be relegated.

Depends on the quality of it. If it's competitive and first teamers are involved. The u21 Champions League or whatever it was was pretty interesting at times.

It's the same as the Champions League competition, the best youth teams don't necessarily play in it. I think Villa won the last next Gen competition, before UEFA took over and they've no chance of ever playing in the current competition.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?
