Im going to say France. Home advantage and really good talent in the squad. They are the bookies favorites too, so Im hardly sticking my neck out.

My most outlandish prediction is that England will make the Semis. But ultimately will bottle after 20 minutes of the game.

I am Italian! And we had the best team at that tournament in defence and midfield, as well as a much younger Luca Toni up front. It was hardly a huge shock!

It was to me.

I don't think many thought Italy would win it and all eyes were on France, Germany, Brazil and Argentina. Italy had the individuals, but I'm sure there was some controversy around that time too.

They had a piss easy group, a piss easy run to the semi-finals and then turned on their class.
