I think this will only benefit the Hammers. Magnusson is very shrewd and very ambitious and has performed miracles with the Icelandic football setup and he has some huge and even more clever businessmen behind him, the guy who´s named is Bjorgolfur Gudmundsson. His son lives in London and is Iceland´s first and only dollar billionare and I wouldn´t be surprised if he was in on this too.

So what will become of Tevez and the other bloke (Can not spell his name)? That Iranian who bought them for Wet Sham under dodgy circumstances so that he stood a better chance of acquiring the club? Will they be off to another Prem side?

They can bugger off to Brazil again for all I care - I´m off to buy myself a West Ham shirt :WestHam:

(Which is precisely what all the Icelandic Chelsea fans will be doing now )

They are going to be bombed out. I think this recent stint has not done their valuation much good, and it has certainly affected their reputation in this country. I reckon they'll probably be sent off to Spain or Italy to carry out their second apprenticeship/marketing exercise with a mid-table side

That Mascherano bloke looked mustard in the world cup. Manure were interested before they signed Carrick.

I remember feeling a massive sense of relief that we had already played them after they signed Mascherano and Tevez. As you say, Mascherano looked class in the WC, but Tevez is a player I have always thought was going to go on to big things and looked purpose-built for the Premiership. Don't I feel a tit

Still think Tevez can do a job in the right team. May be the Arse would suit him best. Still, he done Feck all so far and not even been given much of a chance. :Taxi: for Pardew if they don't get out the bottom 3.

tevez can do the job in any team, he just needs a few more games, played as a striker or behind the striker, and he needs to play full 90 minutes...

mascherano is a beast, those of us that have watched argentina play regularly know this...

west ham own them, kind of, they are contracted to west ham, but when they are sold west ham won't receive any money, it will all go to the iranian...

the deal will only benefit west ham, Eggert is a smart bloke well respected at fifa and uefa, and Björgúlfur the one whos behind it is a very smart buisness man who has strong ties in icelandic football and really cares about it...

can't wait for a day like this to arive for liverpool, new blood...

It has just been on Sky Sports News that Mr.Gillette Jnr has preposed a bid for Moores shares and that is why they are having a board meeting later in the week. They have also stated that Moores (although would never admit it openly) is considering taking less for the shares he owns.
We will have to wait and see.
