Watching MOTD back I have to say Sturridge was easily the best of the English strikers on the field. He was shunted out wide yet still created the chance for the penalty and delivered a couple of good balls in that Alli and Kane should have done better with. Saying that, he still wasn't great, but he's low on the list of reasons England lost.Comment
