Football is corrupt, why's it matter to fans if managers take bungs to sign players? I don't get the witch-hunt and delight in it all. Wanting other managers to be implicated is bizarre. Probably just me.

Yeah I get that bit. On the surface he's a smug bugger, but he is still human, has family and will be devastated. I'm getting old and a few years ago I'd probably be pleased but now I don't get enjoyment out of people's misery. OK fergie and Jose would be the two exceptions.

Given how often these things are reported to go unpunished don't you find any satisfaction from seeing some of it actually being punished and get at least some glimmer of hope that the game will be slightly less corrupt tomorrow?

Not really. When money is involved, corruption will always be round the corner. I don't agree with set ups either. Not when it's media driven. Police sting? OK its their job, not for a media outlet though.

He's a fool and been a greedy bugger. But the fa must of known he wasn't Lily white before appointing him. Everyone else knew. The fa don't know their arse from their elbow most of the time it seems.
