AVB was probably the first to use it over here. It's like when Benitez started saying things like 'between the lines' and dinosaur pundits don't like it. We've also seen it with dinosaur ex players moaning about Klopp's counter pressing and how it's no different to when they used to "close down".

Same charade every time with older ex pros and pundits who can't accept that language always evolves and it's no different in football.
