I keep misreading the thread title and thinking CraigH is back.

I'm with the rest. I like the original but not in colour, think it would look tacky. Silver or gold depending what matches with the necklace.

For the back the 2nd image Liverpool posted. Though I reckon just keep it simple, inscribe stars on there, everytime we win one can be part of the celebrations sticking another star on there.
