Yet still people invest their time in watching? Var is killing football with every passing game. This is a bigger threat than the super league yet where's the fuss? Everyone should refuse to watch the games on TV until this farce is called out. Now is the time.

Yeah that’s a shocker. Exactly the sort of howler VAR was supposed to get rid of not reinforce.

VAR is not killing football, how it is being enforced in England is damaging the English game.

Look at the other major leagues using it and with one obvious exception they are not having the same amount of cluster ****s that we see week in and week out in the Premier league.

In the Bundesliga it generally works as it should and the time spent looking at things is far less than in the Premier league.

In La Liga it has less cock ups than in the Premier League (though slightly more than in the Bundesliga) and again review times are lower than that of the Premier League.

Serie A had teething problems with it, but for the most part they were smoothed out and whilst it would have more weird decisions than the Bundesliga and has had a number of really odd one the past month or two, it generally is miles aghead of how VAR is implented in the Premier League.

The only "big" league that seems to get it as wrong as the Premier League is the French league as they have all the weird things like being half an inch offside thanks to a bit of shirt sleeve and the stupid drawing of lines etc.

Look at our Champions League games or any Champions league games, you see the same amount of VAR cock ups there? Nope because again those using the technology are either more competent or less prone to bias or outside influence than those using it in the Premier league.

I am a firm believer that VAR is needed in the game, however how it is being used and implemented in the Premiership is nothing short of a joke.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Chelsea winning 1-0 at real. To be fair, they’ve given Madrid an absolute dicking in the first 15 mins.

Yeah, Werner has missed his obligatory couple of sitters already too.

Doesn’t feel like a CL semi final at all. It is like a training match. Maybe our games seem like that to neutrals?

                              What a goal.

The ball was in the net before any Chelsea player had even reacted to the initial header.

                                Great finish.

Real won the ball three times in a row in the air in the box though. Brutal defending.
