No, because if Chelsea beat Leicester then Leicester’s maximum possible points is 69, same as us.

4 wins for us plus a defeat for them should take care of the goal difference.

Only way 4th loses out is if CL and EL are both won by English teams who both finish outside top 4. I'd be confident in saying that will never happen!
