As they said on tv last night, what are they waiting for?-

Because the thing that will force their hand will be very, very bad.

Forgetting what Suarez did/didn't do the FA/PL made a rod for their own back with this. I don't actually think he should be banned tbh as it was clearly meant as a term of endearment but the FA/PL have taken an approach that takes context out of it.

It'll be interesting to see how they deal with this, I imagine like most things it'll be a cluster ****.

Aye.....ridiculous to earn a ban, but I agree the authorities are in a spot now.

Not even just with the Suarez thing or context etc, you just need to see the stance that the PL/Sky/BT are in now every advert, every kick off etc.

Statement about being mindful around cultural differences etc. (as long as they fit into British/European sensibilities). Move on.

Difficult to be mindful of cultural differences that you didn’t know existed.

The FA are definitely going to make a mess of dealing with this.

Poor fella. Great striker, but he might have to retire.

At least that's what happened to Ryan Mason at Hull a few years back.

The sound of the impact without any crowd present was absolutely horrendous.

Hope he makes a full recovery.

Peter Cech suffered a similar injury and came back fine, so here's hoping.
                      Oh I don't know.

Jimenez can’t catch or punch the ball though, instead he needs to head it.

That's terrible news for the player and the club. At least our injured players will recover and play again, I can't see how an outfield player can play with a weakened skull.

Leicester two down at home to Fulham.

It's looking like a pretty round of matches for the Manchester clubs.

And I guess, we've got away with dropping points but not position.
                                Oh I don't know.
