I reckon it might harm their confidence this, just when they seemed to be building some momentum, draw with us and beat us in the FA cup, they've come right back down to earth.

Definitely. They have been in good form... but... they seemed to be the masters of the flukey late win. I've not actually seen them play amazing and blow a team off the pitch. And you do need to be able to do both. The games are relentless right now and we know only too well how quickly it can all turn in on itself.

Will be interesting to hear Ole, as he has been talking Utd up since they beat us in the cup.

**** ‘em beaten by the bottom of the table team. Hope they go on a poor run after tonight... decent results for us, but all for nothing if we don’t come out like a ****ing steam train tomorrow and smash Spurs from the start.. would love to see heavy metal football again.

They can still win it.

Just now we have a bit of an opening. This might change if we **** this up tonight though. Last thing I want is negativity in my life.

We need something to look forward to. Otherwise it’s grim.

It’s been a tough old start to the year in general but then the one thing that gave a little bit of escape and pleasure started to go so badly wrong.
