Not bothered to read the article as I already know my answer to any question asking if Neil Lennon comes across as an arrogant my **** don't stink prick of the highest order is always going to be a resounding yes.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.
Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness

He is a complete ****.
And that is before reading it.
Having read it, he has not got a leg to stand on. Firstly, it is not the first Celtic violation of the season. Secondly, none of the other teams mentioned went on a training trip to Dubai, and were photographed having beers together. Their trip drew comment from the first minister.
They ****ed up. the club has apologised. He should pipe down.Modifying post.

I think unnecessary travel in the current environment is a risk you don't need to take, yes they could have had an outbreak if they had stayed, but IMO it's a stupid decision. Lennon should just admit they got it wrong.
And yes he's an annoying prick. The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Unrelated to the issue being discussed but I found it odd and never understood why Celtic brought him back after sacking him a few years earlier. The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

They were struggling to find a replacement at short notice when Brendan left them, and the continuity Lennon provided made him a relatively trusted and safe pair of hands given the dominant position. He had just been sacked by Hibs though, which should have been telling.
Though they are not exactly 'in crisis' he has not taken them on at all. They were handed the League last season, which Lennon agitated for. He is such a spikey personality. I hadnt actually seen the footage from tomorrow, but he is totally out of order. He is absolutely seething and they are bang to rights.
His air quotes on "privelege"
anyway, it is brilliant to watch Celtic implode.
"Everybody is negative... bar 2 players.." That literally means everybody is not negative. ****.

I just find him a difficult one to judge, on paper he has won 5 SPL titles with Celtic, but only the first one was really his doing in a competitive league, the other two in his first spell were after Rangers were relegated. The first one when he came back was more or less wrapped up thanks to Rodgers and while you can be fairly sure that they would have won it last year technically it was handed to them. Maybe that's a harsh assessment but I never thought he was that good a manager and to be fair he has had to put up with alot of stick, but if I were a Celtic fan I wouldn't have wanted him back after he was sacked a few years earlier and then sacked by Hibs just before they appointed him.The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Yep, he started well. But then it was literally a one horse race with Rangers being relegated to the bottom of Scottish Football. Then also without a couple of other teams who are likely to make it tricky at times Hearts for one season Hibs for 2.Originally posted by Exiled_red View PostThat interview

He just causes trouble wherever he goes. He gets so wound up. One thing very much to Stevie G's credit is that he has learned this season to remain a bit more circumspect on the touch line.
Here he is at Tynecastle during the derby a few years back.
