Problem is, if that puts City out of reach for the next decade, it makes it harder for us to attract top talent again. You just end up with it being like the German French and Dutch leagues. The big team can sign anyone, and the second team lives off scraps.
Probably a good thing Klopp signed his contract, as it gives us an extra bit of sparkle.
