What do you folks think of this? apparently he's back eligible for City and England at this point. In particular Southgate says he has be careful being a moral judge on these things. Why?
Personally, if I was in Southgate's position I would say this behaviour is wrong, even if the police are not taking it further and that England (and me as his imaginary boss in this instance) deserve better and expect better. I would leave him out.
Perhaps you don't agree, but recall that the police officer who killed that poor lady, Sarah Everard was first guilty of flashing and that wasn't followed up. Not suggesting Walker is capable of the same but it still sends a terrible message.
Perhaps his audience requested a showing. The only excuse in my opinion - but even then I would expect people who represent my club, country and me to behave in a manner more respectful than this and to exercise better judgement.
