Brighton are a really interesting club - they have managed to imprint an identity on their playing style that is not dependent on the manager/coach.

Very tricky to do, and they've done it well so far. I think Swansea were another club who managed to transition between coaches well in the past, from Martinez, and Sousa, to Rodgers and Laudrup. Eventually, it began to crumble, but admirable to be able to do it for a period of time.

Swansea didn't earn **** loads of cash from selling players though. I remember they sold Bony to Man City for something like 27m, Gylfi to Everton for 45m, Allen to us 15m and maybe ashley williams as well to Everton for 10m.

Brighton though have made about 500m in player sales over the last 3 or 4 years

Not sure thats true, De Zerbi's style is a world away from Potters in terms of how they play through transistion & in the final 1/3rd.

They ceertainley havea gem in De Zerbi though.
