Preposterous decision to rule out the Caceido goal. Not sure how that player is involved in the play at all. Now we're having 5 minutes of stoppage about a possible pen. I've said it many times that these guys won't rest until every good goal is ruled out and only penalties are given. I'm sick of penalties deciding games and actual entertainment being marginalised.

Game has been paused for so long now too, this can't carry on, it's making the game unwatchable. Red? Red is harsh for that, follow through.
