I agree but they are now at the sports washing so long that people seem to think they are a plucky underdog. They spent close on €700m in the past TWO seasons FFS. They binned the big egos and got in Campos as sporting director and are hoovering up the best young players around.Originally posted by danperkins View PostThey are the team to beat. They exposed the weaknesses in our team and showed us exactly what we need, which is more pace into our side. They just make every team look pedestrian.
They can afford mistakes and they buy again:
Muani - €95m flop, loan to Juve
Ramos - €65m…. not for us
Barcola and Doue - €100m worth of left wingers…. Let’s buy Kvicha…. It’s industrial scale cheating but great - they work hard and play good football
I feel sorry for Inter, two finals in 3 years vs City and PSG, the petro giants
Hated him as a player , didn’t like him that much as a manager but after what he’s been through he deserves itOriginally posted by danperkins View PostEnrique is a class act

Look what happened when the rotation happened towards the end of the season. It didn't work, so I think you're wrong on that one.Originally posted by BigChief View PostJust shows how easy it would have been for us to win it had we rested/rotated a bit better middle way through the season.
Also shows me how easy it should be for us to win it with Frimpong, Wirtz, Kerkez and a clinical strike coming in.Oh I don't know.

We won 4 out of 5 league games in April, culminating in beating Spurs to secure the title. May is irrelevant. When did rotating hurt us?Originally posted by dom9 View PostLook what happened when the rotation happened towards the end of the season. It didn't work, so I think you're wrong on that one.
