I think our squad is due back for pre-season on 8th July. So the CWC clubs will have little rest and a compromised pre-season. The FIFA ****wits are exploring the possibility of making it a biennial competition.

Yeah the clubs in the competition might hit the ground running but will be overloaded by Xmas.

4 years of continuous football without a single proper summer break.

And nearly every tournament involved has been expanded so there’s wall to wall games throughout.
