Does it still exist in England ?

Does it literally mean if you're not at a premier league match there is no way of watching it in a pub on a dodgy box or on your laptop ? Just that I'm over from Ireland to Birmingham first weekend of March, Forest away I'd much prefer to watch but if thats not possible I could consider going to the Birmingham match or making other plans.

I thought Liverpool playing 3 pm yesterday made this a good time to ask, thanks lads

There is no live football at all broadcast on a UK channel. I remember when Real v Barca kicked off at 5pm on a Saturday and they couldn't go to live footage till 5.15

There is however the option to watch it on a dodgy steam. Pubs generally don't advertise it although I am sure that it still exists. Legal grey area that from memory a court said the match could be shown but the things like the PL logo could not be displayed as it is a protected trademark.
