There are some fundamental elements to the game which if they aren’t acted upon will make the game unwatchable as a contest and even more so over a 38 game season.

The risk v reward on pens is a massive one.

Totally agree on the aspects where a tiny nudge is penalised in one scenario and a rugby tackle is ignored in another.

Arsenal have done well to identify these and use to their advantage but it is unwatchable and of it becomes the direction of travel then the game is ****ed.

In the cup final Guehi and Colwill both threw themselves to the ground and got free kicks that were ridiculously soft. We would never get those.
