    Pongollle Scores Again

    Well done lad.

Hope we take him back after his loan spell.

I feel he can do a decent job for us.

Great player, IMHO, and doing pretty well in La Liga.

Anyone know how many he's scored this season now?

Four goals. He's their joint top scorer

        I beg to differ.

I think he CAN offer something in the Prem.

Maybe not 1st team, but a good squad player.

          Cheers R A mate.

I thought he had more than that.

Still - he's having a good season over there.

Playing regular football now, and the team is doing very well.

I'm still buggered as to why we loaned him out.

He's one of my favourite players, and that goal against Valencia was a sublime finish.

I liked his goals against Luton myself. Fizzed the first one in, unstoppable header for the second.

The best thing ever, was when he made Vieira and Ljungberg look like a right pair of chumps, when he ran towards the line, and turned. They carried on running

Andy Gray said "They should buy a ticket, before they're let back in"

he's scored a few important goals for us in the past and i would be gutted if we let him go, as the fee would be minimal, and i think he has a lot to offer in terms of pace and versitility, plus he's only 22

I think he's a good kid. Lots of skill, and a good attitude. We should definitely hang on to him.

                        He's got five so far.

And shouldn't this thread be in the LFC forum?

He's only 22, so to say he's not good enough is a little premature.

At 22 Henry wasn't "good enough".

I think he's got a big future ahead of him, but whether that is at Liverpool remains to be seen.

He's a tidy player. Quick. very good balance and a pretty good finisher. Just not your average strong forward in the english leagues.

Thought he would do very well in Spain. More space and less physical.

I would prefer to keep him in the squad as he is soo young and can only improve. If we do sell him we should get a tidy sum. His value must be rising pretty quickly with the way he is playing over there.

Here's hoping he continues to bang them in.
