    Stuart Pearce

His comments about Corradi's diving antics which led to him being red carded today :

Man City boss Stuart Pearce on Bernardo Corradi's sending off:
"I have no complaints about the sending off.

"Bernardo went down a little bit too easily and I am not like the other 19 managers, who would sit here and give you a load of cock and bull about it.

"I would prefer him to stay on his feet and I intend to speak to him about it this week. Hopefully then, he will stay on his feet."

You've just got to love stuart pearce.

Put his heart and soul in when he was a player and still tries to give his all now he is a boss. As honest now as he was as a player.

He is a lot better than Fergie who defends Ronaldo whatever he do.

Ronaldo got a penalty last week for more or less the same thing but Fergie decided to defend him.

It's ok for a manager to defend his players not against everything.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

I meant when it comes down to the attitude towards the media and the fans.

Fergie must think that we are idiots when he defends Ronaldo when he dives time after time but Pearce knows that we actually can see what happens on the pitch and that it's no point to defend a clear dive.

Pearcy just tells it like it is and he's an honest guy. Top bloke and great charcter. He will turn out to be a successful manager as he's not done badly at City with limited resources.
