The agent of Sevilla starlets Antonio Puerta and Jesus Navas has revealed that an offer has been tabled for the duo.
Jesus Rodriguez de Moya has confirmed that a 'very important' European club has made an offer for his highly-rated clients.
Sevilla have been looking to tie the two wide men down to new contracts, but talks have thus far reached an impasse.
Confirmation of a big team interested in the duo is sure to mean renewed speculation that Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is again on their trail.
Wenger has been tracking the pair for a number of months, but Manchester United have taken a keen interest in Puerta and Lyon have asked about Navas - which could very well have sparked the Frenchman into action.
Rodriguez de Moya would not reveal the identity of the club, but admitted that the interested party wanted both players - with Spanish sources speculating that indeed it could be Arsenal showing the latest interest.
"They [the players] are two separate cases and both are very well valued by various clubs," Rodriguez de Moya told Marca.
"There is a team from abroad, a very important one, who is considering the signing of both these players because they want to have the best wingers in Spain.
"And in Spain there are various clubs that want them as well, but separately."
Despite the fact the both are under contract until 2009 in Puerta's case and 2010 for Navas - new deals are very much on the agenda as both have progressed so much in the last 12 months.
However, these talks have not gone well and Rodriguez de Moya says it is up to Sevilla to re-start negotiations and meet the demands of the two of Spain's rising stars.
"You would have to ask Sevilla if they are prepared in the coming days," he said.
"Right now the situation is not right, but Sevilla's intentions must meet the situation.
"I believe the moment has arrived for them to show how much they value Puerta and Jesus Navas. We are not mistaken."
