I'm loving VAR. There'll doubtless be a big controversy or two somewhere down the line, but at the moment they're nailing it and I'm sure the good is gonna outweigh the bad.

The only thing i don't like about VAR is the incessant wittering on about it by so-called pundits who can't wait for it to make a mistake in a way that is no way comparable to any outrage at a referee making a mistake. It's bizarre.

Mexico game has been my favourite so far! Some great goals and moments of individual skill/brilliance but no stand out player as yet for me.

I want to find a south american player who is unheard of, with pace & skill who uses it well by running at defences & causing havoc - one who wears his socks down type lol
