Its until the ball goes out of play. So whatever that means in that context.

I think it would mean VAR isnt possible at that point. There was a goal the other day that was reviewed because the linesman chucked up the offside flag. If he hadnt of done that, I think it still would have stood.

Not sure about that pen. Hardly a clear error. VAR has generally worked very well, but I think it's overstepping it's remit a bit at times.

The quality is generally quite poor tbf. It might pick up a bit in the knockout rounds although there doesn't appear to be a real standout team.
