Hi All
I am pleased to announce that I am donating the below prize for the winner of the World Cup Sweepstake

A little bit of background info -
John Aldridge was my boyhood hero. The summer we signed him was when I really started to get/understand football and started going to Anfield. Like most youngsters, your hero is the one scoring all the goals, so for two years I basically adored Aldo.
Over the years, I've been fortunate to meet him a fair few times - if you are reading this Aldo, I'm not a stalker
- and as a result I've ended up with two big signed/framed pictures from the LFC club shop (as gifts from people), along with a signed picture of me and aldo together and a signed shirt - all hanging up in my dining room wall
A couple of months ago I went to an evening with Aldo and McAteer at Anfield. Where I ended up getting the above signed picture (a5)
worried that my wall is turning into a shrine for John Aldridge, I am happy to put it up as prize - providing of course it goes to a willing/grateful new owner, because hopefully as you can tell - for some it might not be a big deal, but for me a signed Aldo picture is a lot
So good luck to everyone and hopefully it goes to a worthy winner hoping to have their own shrine to John Aldridge
