Back to the subject (ish) though, I get shin splints and they are bloody painful, especially if you run on concrete. The pain goes all up the front of my shins and starts to feel like the bones are splitting in half length-wise. No way would I like to be a footballer with the condition, so I hope they can sort Agger out.Comment

shin splints are a ****er to get rid of, i missed nearly a whole season with them one year when i was younger.turned out to be the ****ing boots the club had bought us were doing the damage

Wow - I've just returned and wanted to see if anyone knew anything about the shin splints and I'm really impressed about the knowledge and the will to dig deep in order to find medical explanations in here...Another 96.000 reasons to honour Rafa
