Momo's a great player in the making but if i was to be honest i have not missed him and in one way it was a blessing(in a weird way) that he got injured as it has move Stevie in the centre and has seen a change in his form. I would be very pissed if Momo came back and Stevie was moved out of the centre againWhen you feel like you're done, you are not alone........

I wouldnt be too supprised mate, infact I think Rafa will defy the form book and do just that when Momo makes a recovery. Rafa sees Stevie as a world class player who likes the likes of Ronaldihno and Zidane etc should be as effective from either side of midfield and be allowed to drift as they read the game.Originally posted by thesilverfoxlfc View PostI would be very pissed if Momo came back and Stevie was moved out of the centre againBill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'
"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.
* After Tommy Lawrence had let in a fluke goal between his legs

I don't think we'll even sign Neill now. I get the feeling rafa is happy with his lot until he has some real money to spend.

I don't think anyone should be asked to do both of the 3 duties you have listedOriginally posted by bazza76 View PostI wouldnt be devastated TBH, i love Momo's work rate and tackling, but thats about it. Is it too much to ask for a midfielder that can do both work rate tackliinng and play football?.
My Name is Jonny Depp and I kill people!

Neill would only be a backup option anyway and wouldn't play that much IMO.
Fourth choice central defender and second choice right back.Just believe and you never know what will happen.
According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

That's a bit harsh Bazza. Momo is still a young lad playing in the hardest position of all - centre midfield. I agree his passing can be sloppy at times and his shooting has been abysmal - but he's got a specific job to do for Rafa and I think he does it very well. And will go on to do it even better in the future.
Liverpool born and bred.
