Sums it all up. That is Jermaine Pennant playing well. I'm not happy with him. I might apologise tommorow for an over reaction, but boy am i mad. Tonight should have seen a stirring performance from the players as well as the match.

So wait a minute you came home from the match, and the thing that most annoyed you was an average performance from pennant? i think you need to watch the match again, I'm sure you'll find more stuff to get annoyed about than Pennant

Pennant actually played okay today I thought. Probably our 2nd best player on the pitch after Dirk.

Okay, he wasn't spectacular, but relative to how he has been playing, and perhaps more importantly - relative to the team, today he was good.
