more or most? Otherwise we'd have to be more unpredictably predictable than somebody else.

If you want to be unpredictable then you must have a quick passing game. We don't. Look at Brazil in the World Cup, they had many fantastic players on the pitch but they played so slow that it maked them predictable.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

I think its down to our movement, we could have a quick passing game with the right movement and attacking in packs.
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

        * After Tommy Lawrence had let in a fluke goal between his legs

We lean more towards efficient than exciting...more of a chelsea than a united or an arsenal if you know what I mean. I for one would like to see Rafa shake things up a little, we need more creativity in the middle of the park!!
          Dare we believe

What do you mean that Gerrard would probably retain his place in the side?

I agree with what you say though.

Also it would be nice to have full backs who went beyond the ball consistently.

OK - poor choice of words. Of course Gerrard would retain his place.

I'd say that Alonso, Sissoko and Kuyt are good enough, but every other midfielder and striker currently at club is expendable or we could just do better.

Hope the DIC are prepared to back Rafa with significant funds, and that Rafa does open up tactically, and does sign some proper attacking flair.

I think he was saying that there'd probably be no more players keeping their place, not that Gerrard would only probably keep his place
