Jamie only said what every Liverpool Fan was thinking. He couldn't understand why Rafa made 9 changes to the team. He said at the end of the month when the next round of FA cup matches was being played Rafa could have rested his key players. It was a golden oppurtunity to win a trophy for the fans and the team selection destroyed that. You could see he was disgusted in last nights result. Jamie's a liverpool fan but that doesn't mean he caonnot give an honest appraisal when on Sky!!

Can't believe everyone can miss the point like that? Merson was the Gooner, referring to "us" all the time, Redknapp was the...er......errrrrrr........?? Mumbler. Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

and redknapp was right.
Originally posted by FatTony View PostNo, I disagree, the result last night was disgraceful by liverpools standards, that all he meant.
You could see quite clearly that he was trying his very best to keep his composure when Tyler was trying to push him into having a pop at Rafa and the squad.
It was obvious that he wanted to give him and Merson a right mouthful, you could see the anger building in his face.
Redknapp is class, but he has to give a balanced view."In fact I’m going to make a promise which will be welcomed by many. If there’s no finance secured by the opening day of the season, I’m going to hang up my keyboard and close KOPTALK down." - Duncan Oldham, Expert Conman. March 29th 2006

What a load of bollox.
The double standards on here is laughable. people expect Jamie to show bias towards LFC & yet crucify Gray for ante LFC bias, you can't have it both ways.
Redknapp is employed by Sky not LFC. If he defended LFC all the time, he'd lose his job & rightly so. He still defended LFC last night. He kept calling LFC us and had a go at Merson over the Barca game.
Also he wants Chelsea to do well, well so effing what, his cousin plays for them. Its natural for him to want his cousin to do well, who wouldn't.
LFC have more ex players by a mile as TV/Radio pundits. If the Mancs had as many there would be uproar on here.AKA Heighway No9

"What's your favourite Beatles album then?"
"I think I'd have to say....Best of the Beatles"

Still, he slated Rafa pre-kick off and always seems happy to do so, and surely it can’t be denied that the bloke, nice chap though he may be, cannot construct a sentence to save his life.
He is trying to be as controvesial as Andy Gray but he has not noticed that Gray will never slag off the blue****e like he has done.
**** him!The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men.
