Check out RAWK they have a monster thread on it, ShanksLegend who is very reliable imo has said that they are working on the final details of the deal and there could be announcement soon.

Nah, these things just take an annoying amount of time mate, could be weeks and weeks yet, remember theres a new stadium to sort in this deal aswell, its not just a straight investment/takeover

Due dilligence can be a very lengthy procedure, with enquiries batting back and forth and contracts being negotiated on the basis of those enquiries. We've just been through due dilligence on the sale of a £200m property portfolio and it lasted 2months, there were a lot of late nights and all nighters to make sure the deadline for exchange on the deal was met.

People seem to assume it is a straightforward procedure once a company decides it wants to make an acquisition of this size, but trust me there is a lot more to it than that.

Well we have 7 days between the next game, and the one after that is 10 days later, only 2 games left between now & the end of the month, hopefully that gives time to get a loan move or two sorted out at last.

DIC were at Anfield again last week for the F.A. Cup match against Arsenal so I would assume that there is still alot going on behind the scenes. If there was even a hint of the deal being pulled it would have been all over the press.
