Not yet though...especially with new investment at LFC.

He's a manager so he has time on his side.

          Yep.

Strachan says he got quite far at the interview stage in his book, Curbs was second choice apparently and Fat Sam, well he got ****ed off at the first hurdle, which you'll notice suddenly became the time he hated us and takes every opportunity to take a pop at us.

This statement from Parry about Rafa was clearly supposed to look like an off the cuff remark but I think he's obviously thought about what he's going to say. In a week where Rafa has come in for some criticism from the press Parry is obviously letting them and us know of Rafa' commitment to us.

Not sure if he is a talented enough manager though.

That is actually quite worrying. How did a former Scum player, and manager who got a club relegated that had been in the top league for 34 years, even get an interview for the managers job?

Glad to see though that Allardyce didn't even get passed the first stage. That has at least restored some of my confidence in the board.

It's called a cover story. If we overtly inteview the likes of Strachan we can cover over a covert tap up of Rafa

I really, really hope this is the case. Otherwise the DIC takeover can't happen soon enough, and they should replace the whole board.

The takeover looks more or less done then which must be good news. You can't help but think without it Rafa would leave sooner rather than later, particularly when Madrid next come calling.

Rafa will I hope manage Madrid one day but not for a good while. He deserves to manage them, they are his club and I hope he achieve his dream.

As for potential replacements, people get very one eyed in my view. Managers like Strachan, Curbishley & Fat Sam are excellent managers and to write them off as not good enough is a nonsense. On this criteria a Shankley would never get appointed now, nor a Paisley or a Kenny.
