Dario Srna is a target for the Reds according to his club manager

The 24-year-old Croatian international, who can play at right-back and in midfield, is currently with Ukrainian side Shakhtar Donetsk.

Coach Mircea Lucescu said: "He is only 24, the work he is doing for Skakhtar and Croatia is highly valued.

"He joined the club at 20 and he is becoming better and better with every season.

"There have been a number of clubs who have shown interest in Srna; Liverpool, PSG and Monaco. All those clubs must realise that the asking price is 10 million euros.

"Had such a player featured in any of the top five European leagues he would have cost at least 15 million."

I´ve only seen him for Croatia and I think he´s a good player. Doubt this link though.

10m euros is about 6m and he can play right back and right wing. would surely be better option than neill. sounds a bargain

No it's a swap, Warnock for Neill. Neill is free to talk to other clubs about signing as a Bosman as of Jan 1st but his contract doesn'trun out until the summer. For some reason Rafa wants him now.
