Notts County it was, remember hearing on Newsround some 15 year old kid was being snapped up by Arsenal for a recrod fee
(for a teen), seems like yesterday.
It was massive news back then.

Aye that was good. "Ashley's boyfriend", they sang at him. Then they moved on to their "10 men went to bed, went to bed with Ashley" song.

He also gave tickets to my mate for the Chelsea game, nice generous jermaine

Off topic from Liverpool he also said that Tom Huddlestone is going to be a very good player, (played with him during training etc while he was at derby, and rates him highly) and thinks we should try and sign him, won't happen though.

to be fair to pennant he has been showing a bit of fight recently.

And put in some decent work.

I think he finds it hard to do it for the full 90 mins though.

But then again i think he didnt exactly start his liverpool career on a level footing with other signings due to his past etc...

Yes, wasn't one leg slightly stronger than the other?

plenty of people have things going on in thier lives and still get on with their jobs, some footballers can be such pussies.

Wasn't there some kind of kerfuffle over a bird? Might be something minor like that.

That's exactly what I have heard too, from a very very very reliable source, and I am sure that is the case.

I thought that his performances have been getting better in the last month. I believe J-P as he called Pennant coming about 2 months before it happened
I think it's a foul, and if the ref gives it. He got to give a penalty. I know it's outside the box, but you see them given that close to the area. So if the ref gives it he's got to give the penalty as it so close to the area. But I think it's a penalty. Robbie Savage 8/11/06

Are you watching Manchester United? Are you watching Chelsea? This is Liverpool F.C taking over the bloody world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
