Haven't heard that I would have thought it was 82 as they had the crap goalie.
I think it's a foul, and if the ref gives it. He got to give a penalty. I know it's outside the box, but you see them given that close to the area. So if the ref gives it he's got to give the penalty as it so close to the area. But I think it's a penalty. Robbie Savage 8/11/06

Are you watching Manchester United? Are you watching Chelsea? This is Liverpool F.C taking over the bloody world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i remember italy 90 like it was yesterday, when pumpido broke his legs and Sergio Goycochea came on, man was he my hero for years, saved 4 penalties and helped them into the final, shame about the ****ing germans and that ****ing penalty

if i remember correctly he hadn't played for 3 or 4 months prior to the world cup do to the league in columbia had been suspended, absalute legend

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Whilst he is undoubtedly a talented player, Saviola has always struck me as the kind of person who has one amazing game and then five poor ones. He has been at Barca for years now and never really been a first team regular, and has been on loan to many other clubs in Europe.
At the World Cup he could be great one minute and then go missing the next.
He's too much of an enigma IMHO.

He said it was great. Yeah right, Andy, thanks for that.

To be fair to him, it was a pretty stupid question. And I was hammered at the time.

Weirdly, at the time I spoke to him I was wearing a hat much like the one he's wearing in the photo at the top of the page. I have no idea how I acquired said hat during the course of the evening.
