    Good luck to Stephen Warnock

    As he prepares to leave the club. He's the last player from the academy who's made a sustained run in the first team. Such a pity that consistent injuries has prevented him from fulfilling his potential. He hasn't progressed as much as Rafa and probably himself would have liked.

        Damn right Fredo - Warnock has been a true professional - never have I heard him whinge - its a pity he had so many injuries and a stuttered career because of it. I hope he does really well whatever he does next

              One of my favourite players, though i never really expected to see him become a regular in the first team.

              He's done very well to get where he is considering the unfortune he's had.

                  Shame he could not establish himself. I liked his commitment & desire but sadly that is not enough in football.

                    I think it's a foul, and if the ref gives it. He got to give a penalty. I know it's outside the box, but you see them given that close to the area. So if the ref gives it he's got to give the penalty as it so close to the area. But I think it's a penalty. Robbie Savage 8/11/06

                      In fairness Warnock was a good player but due to injuries, he was never able to enjoy a sustain run in the team. I rate him higher than JAR to be honest as he has more ability going forward (crossing ability is better) and also has some bite in the tackle.
