Top scorer in the Dutch Youth League - MOS -Story as follows;

Liverpool have shocked Ajax by signing their latest wonderboy, jody Brouwer.
The 18 year old striker who has played for Holland U19s, will fly to Liverpool tomorrow(Monday) to put the seal on a 4yr contract.
Ajax tech dir Martin van dope, was angered and surprised (when asked to put out his spliff)by the transfer as they not aware of any foreign clubs were monitoring the player ( too much dope ).
Brouwer, who is the top scorer in the dutch youth league had only a youth contract with the club and was about to sign his first proffessional contract deal with them.
Liverpool will only pay a small amount of compensation for Brouwers academy years. (enough to pay for another weeks worth of dope - Thats why he was angry)

Will probably replace Robbie next season. Our fourth choice striker doesn't play that much anyway.

You clown. How many times has this kid EVER played any kind of top flight football? He's been playing for Ajax reserves. You've got no idea how good he is, so why are you making these stupid sweeping statements. He's probably got less chance of a first team game than the likes of El Zhar who've been training with the squad for the last year.

Have to agree there.
I would think Linfield should be close to getting a chance, scored for the first team early in the serason if i remember correctly. would much rather see a local lad making the breakthrough.
