the 3 i mentioned earlier might not be strikers in fowler mould, but they are class strikers all the same and could make it in EPL

Raul is one striker which is closest to fowler's style of play but he wont make it in this tough physical league.

Actually, maybe I'm clouded by FM07, but I think Klose could well be a success in the premiership, while not electric, he's no slouch, excellent touch, knows where the goals are, and is a very good header of the ball.

On the flip side, ALL german talent ends up at Bayern so the question is, why did he never go?

I think he could do great here.

He is IMO talented enough to make it in any good team.

Crespo, Klose, Huntelaar...but I think I would prefer Luca Toni.
            He is very good.

I am not talking about strikers such as Kuyt or Crounch who would play slightly deeper, I am trying to think of goal hangers who will camp out in the 6 yard box and knock them in for fun. The best recent example I can think of would be Van Horseface at Scum.
Fowler, even in his prime (ie many years ago), was never world-class. He looked out of his depth in international football. A good club player, but the record shows clearly that he couldn't make the step up.

                .
Don’t watch Italian *yawn* football, so the only time I’ve seen him play was in the World Cup. And I thought he was shocking. A big, cumbersome oaf with the touch of an elephant.

Klose is probably the best box player in the World and the best 20-20 player together with Henry and Ronaldinho IMO.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

He was very creative and set up goals for others in the World Cup.

Is Dario Hubner still playing in Italy? He was a quality finisher although he's probably about 50 now

He has a lot of assists so he can't be that greedy
