This Alves you're talking about? I can't be bothered to look back .

He'd be ****e in England and he would get battered all over the park week in week out. English style of play is too fast and too rough for him I reckon. And he falls down rather quickly - AND I ****ING HATE C.RONALDO OR DROGBA KIND OF PLAYERS!

I don't agree that the english game is too fast for him, Ronaldinho has the quickest feet and soundest technique I've ever seen.

I hate all this bollocks saying the English style is too quick and physical for players from other leagues. If that's the case why don't we play that way in the World Cup and win it every time?

He'll be with the Chavs next season.

"If Gerrard continues to play up front, leaving this lack of creativity and intelligence in Midfield, the season WILL be over by Xmas."

I still don't think we'll finish in the top 4 this season."

Stateside, having done some sort of Beckhamesque deal.

I reckon we should ask the likes of Juninho and Zola whether they think Ronaldinho could cope in english football...

If we are talking of 'edge of the seat signings' I'd rather have the likes of Kaka before Ronaldinho.

Very good point. You never know if someone is gonna fit. And if a player makes it in the EPL has to do with more then football reasons.

We cant play that way in Europe or International football because the referees dont allow it.

OK then, here's another question, how come the majority of the best players in the premiership are originally from foreign leagues?

It is not against the rules to close down quickly and play in a high tempo.

Because they get used to it?

Here is a question, how many light up the league the minute they turn up? Given the amount of foriegn importd, how many get used to it straight away?
