    Momo back for the derby

    Oh and Bolo as well....

Liverpool duo Mohamed Sissoko and Boudewijn Zenden could feature in this weekend's Merseyside derby with Everton.

The midfield duo are back in training after long-term injuries.

Sissoko has been out of action since early November with the shoulder injury he picked up in the Carling Cup win over Birmingham, while Zenden has been sidelined with a knee injury he sustained against Manchester City on 29th November.

Tuesday's game at West Ham has come too soon for the pair, but Reds boss Rafa Benitez believes they could figure in Saturday's clash with Everton.

"It is good news for us to have Momo and Bolo back and they are both training well," said Benitez.

"Momo is flying into tackles in training and showing good energy and I will check with the doctor to see how his shoulder is and maybe he can play a part against Everton."

      Momo

As for Bolo - I don't mind having him back in the running - useful player for the left side

Andy ****ing Gray. Has nothing else to talk about, i can see him now, waking in the middle of the night, trying to hump his whatever, saying, Gerrard, you beauty. Striahgt down the middle, just the way I like it :whatever:
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

                    * After Tommy Lawrence had let in a fluke goal between his legs

Is an appearance for Momo tomorrow night completely out of the question?

I'd rather he played a part in another game, rather than the derby being his first one back.

Just because he`s fit doesn`t mean we should rush him back.We should stick with the team that beat Chelsea. No more rotating a team that is winning. It`s not like he`s miles better than SG or Xabi.

And just because he's fit, doesnt mean he's match fit to the level required for a derby.

You think, after months out, the first game back should be a 100MPH merseyside derby?

I think for 99% of other players, you'd have a point. I have a suspicion with Momo, however, that if he had the choice, he wouldn't have it any other way
