DIC - Did we ever get as far as discussing Terms Sheet?
The reason I ask this is I've been involved in a few DDs and even though deals are agreed in principle, the to and fro-ing and exchange of terms sheets is how the deal is eventually hammered out. Did we ever have a firm offer on the table from DIC, or did Moores just accept a deal "in principle" from DIC? IF that's the case and no Terms Sheet was forthcoming from DIC, it's then good business practice to assess the offer that lands on the table (i.e. from Gillett). It's then reasonable to ask DIC to be forthcoming with a formal offer, without declaring what's on the table.
If DIC aren't willing to enter into that formality tehn LFC are left with no choice.
Personally, I'd prefer it if DIC took over from what little I know of what's on offer, but we can only deal with the formal offers as they come in.

Well that's a hell of a lot better than me!Originally posted by ShaggyAlonso View PostPainful but given that I've had it off once in the last ****ing fortnight, I'd take a DIC twist if offered one.
Look on the bright side, it looks like we've got Mascherano and the takeover is still to come. I still think there's more to come on that scoreI know I'll often stop and think about them, In My Life, I love you more - 96

DIC may look over it tonight and wake up with a clear head.
You never know.
I'd like us to have two options really. we have time on our hands now as the window is about to pass so we dont need the money ASAP but of course the ground build starts soon."What's your favourite Beatles album then?"
"I think I'd have to say....Best of the Beatles"

Thought this was classy from Sameer Al Ansari in their statement
"I am sure I will be back at Anfield with my family soon to support my team, as I have done so in the last 30-plus years. In the meantime, I wish the manager, the players and everyone connected with the club the best of fortune for the challenges ahead and will make sure that I am there the day they lift the Premiership trophy.”Did you see the size off those chickens?
